The dining room table is in the middle of the ground floor several steps away from the pool and with the mountain view. You can also find a tablecloth and candles.

The business desk and a small library are in the corner with the wired fast internet connection. You can also find local maps and brochures to explore the surroundings area.

The kitchen measures 25 sqm with everything you may need to prepare a great meal. There are two chairs and small tasting desk – a kitchen table for a quick snack. The villa kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, extra refrigerator with a deep freeze, a dishwasher (with tabs), a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a grill toaster, a blender, a hand blender, a water kettle, complete cookware and utensils, basic ingredients…

There are also filter coffee and illy espresso coffee machines in the kitchen to make a perfect coffee of your choice in the morning to start your day with. There is no better place to enjoy the morning coffee than on the villa sundeck terrace by the pool with a panoramic view.

Wine bar is in the dining room on the ground floor area offering a selection of the Croatian and local finest wines from good small family  wine producers. We offer red, rose, white, sweet and sparkling wines from the island of Krk and Plešivica – a continental wine region near Zagreb. You can also find a selection of homemade brandies.

Finish sauna is located on the ground floor. The temperature is manually controlled with essential oils and sauna towels provided. Next to the sauna there is a ground floor bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the storage you can find a washing machine with tabs, ironing board, iron, first aid, candles, table clothes, kids’ toys, games, weights…

Wi-Fi is free in all areas.
